Aims of all our work: To learn love To live love To demonstrate love in practical ways To encourage love	Foundational principles of all our work: Lead by example: If I want to change the world, I first need to be changed myself. Inside out: If I want to see change in myself, it must start in my heart. Diagnosis before cure: If I want to see change in my heart, I need to first understand what has stopped me from making the desired changes in the past.


We have three main activities (below).
1.	Love Rocks
	We give out "love rocks" as a "24 hour love test". There are several aims of the "love rocks". First, to give people a tool to exam the condition of their own heart. Second, to remind people of a several-thousand-year-old tool for evaluating if their thoughts, words and actions towards others are motivated by real love or selfishness. Third, as a stimulus to an ongoing chain ("pay-it-forward") of altruistic (other-focused) love.
2.	Love Talks
	In order to encourage love we offer "Love Talks" discussion groups. Our aim is to provide an open, safe environment where we can grow in love with an emphasis on practical ways to incorporate love into our lives and relationships. We talk about how to love in our closest relationships, how to love those who are weak and even enemies. We talk about the spiritual connection between love and God.

3.	Heartbeat Pantomime Troupe
	We perform pantomime to entertain but more importantly to stimulate a change of heart. The main topic of our performances is altruistic love. We perform in the open air and for schools and other groups or events. We also train pantomime artists, passing on training we have received from students of Marcel Marceau. All of our activities are voluntary, non-profit. If you want to invite us to perform for your group we'd love to meet you.
